Session 3 has ended.

Session 3 forum was done by 10.30, after the panels took some questions in the Q&A session. As well,  everyone participated in the e-voting of various issues that were raised in the forum. Diverse opinions resulted in various statistical numbers, in realtime, projected to the screen as they voted.

Notable quotes from the forum such as "air transport is a vital economic engine that enables globalization", David Jensen. As well, "government set the climate change policy framework, but strong industry leadership could overcome political inertia and move it in the right direction." 

After the session, delegates proceeded to the Conference Hall 2 for some coffee and light refreshments.  Session 4 starts at 11.00am.

Session 3 Starts

Jack Boisen took the podium and got the ball rolling, introducing the moderator, Simon Keeble, Editor of Air Cargo World, and the speakers, David Jensen, Lead Counsel Regulatory Affairs, FedEx Express, Andrew Herdman, Director General Association of Asia Pacific Airlines, and Peter Bombay, International Aviation, Director of Energy and Transport, EU. 

Session 3 is ongoing.

Delegates arrived at the Plenary Theatre for the ACF 08 Forum Session 3. Quite a number of delegates lost their way while trying to find the theatre, so, to those who are coming to session 4, please be aware that theatre is on level 3, at the very end of west wing, past conference hall 1,2 and 3.
